Many thanks to Dr. Jonathan from Performance Wellness for coming out on first Tuesday to work on the ship’s aches and pains! It looked like he worked on more fools than there were fools actually doing the workout. Way to coach, Al!
The Workout – timed mile, indian file mile, 2×3 person relay
News – there will be a hill workout on Thursday (tempo runs of 3.04 miles or 3.97 miles). There will be a long run departing the zero at 7:00:00 am on Saturday. Off the trail this week for 4.45 miles or 10.43 miles. Breakfast at Kerbey Lane (2606 Guadalupe) whenever you get there.
