It doesn’t seem possible but our next Tuesday workout will be the first Tuesday of June. Dr. Jonathan from Performance Wellness should be in the house. Also, don’t forget that June 4th is Runners’ Day of Service. Way to coach, Al!

News – there will be a hill workout on Thursday (repeats). There will be a long run departing the zero at 7:00:00 am Saturday morning. On the trail this week for 4, 7, 0r 10 miles. Breakfast at Little Mexico (2304 S 1st) at 8:50:50 am.
