Dr. Jonathan from Performance Wellness will be at Tuesday’s workout (the first Tuesday of April).

The Workout – 6 x Danny relays

News – there will be a long run departing the zero at 7:00:00 am on Saturday morning.  On the trail this week for 4, 7, or 10 miles.  The parking lot will most likely be closed again for the Mighty Texas Dog Walk.  Plan accordingly.  There will be a group starting at Little Mexico at 6:05 am for 5 miles extra before meeting the group at 7:00:00 am and 1.4 miles after the 10 mile loop to get back to the restaurant (a total of 16.4 miles).  They’ll be running 8 – 8:15 per mile.  That is the only early/extra group I’m aware of.
