Thank you to Dr. Jonathan from Performance Wellness for braving the drizzle and eventual workout cancelling lightning to bring the healing.  He had a line before the drills even started.  The group was respectably large even with the threat of nasty weather and Cinco de Mayo.  Way to coach, Al!

The Workout = timed mile plus 800s
Fast Group = timed mile plus 6 x 800
Fun Group = timed mile plus 3 x 800

News – there will be a hill workout on Thursday (tempo runs of 5 miles or 3 miles, 3 milers cut across at Meredith).  There will be a long run departing the zero at 7:00:00 am on Saturday morning.  Off the trail this week for 10.71 miles or 8ish miles (8ish milers cut across at Enfield).  There will be water/gatorade every two miles.

Gatorade @ 35th/Mt. Laurel
Gatorade @ 29th/Rio Grande

Breakfast at La Feria at 9:00:01 am replete with cake for May birthdays.
