The Workout – long hill/short hill

PYNOI = 10 (Sandy, Penny, Amy C., Kate, Russell, Gary K.)
News – there will be a long run departing the zero at 7:00:00 am on Saturday. On the trail this week for 4, 7, or 10 miles. TMTG3.0 will be departing the zero at 5:30 am for 9 miles prior to joining the group at 7:00:00 am for the 10 mile loop plus the Colorado River Extension (total of 22 miles). Breakfast at El Gallo (2910 S Congress) at 8:50:50 am.
