If you’ve been enjoying the Gatorade for the last several workouts you can thank Harold.  He was nice enough to drop a big tank of the powder for your liquid pleasure.  It should last several more workouts so thank him if you get the chance.  Way to coach, Al!

The Workout – Yasso 800s
Fun Group = 4
Fast Group = 6
PYNOI Group = 8 (Kate, Laura, John, J)

News – there will be a hill workout on Thursday (repeats).  There will be a long run departing the zero at 7:00:00 am on Saturday morning.  On the trail this week for 4, 7, or 10 miles.  The parking lot might even be open.  Breakfast TBA.
