Mega thanks to Dr. Jonathan from Performance Wellness for working hard on fools until pretty near 7:30 pm.  The group was HUGE and it seemed like at least a third were on the table at one point or another.  Way to coach, Al!

Don’t forget that Lululemon will be at the track workout on June 16th!

The Workout – short ladder
Fast Group = 200, 400, 800, 800, 400, 200 (and 1 leg of a mile relay)
Fun Group = 200, 400, 800, 400, 200 (and 1 leg of a mile relay)

News – there will be a hill workout on Thursday (3 mile tempo).  There will be a long run departing SANDY’S MANSION at 7:00:00 am on Saturday morning.  Runs of 5.37 miles or 11.3 miles followed by FREE breakfast at the mansion.
