The Workout – 1k, 2k, 1k, 1k
News – there will be a hill workout on Thursday (5 mile tempo). There will be a long run departing the zero on Saturday morning at 7:00:00 am. Your schedule may call for a 20 miler but, due to the Rogue Distance Festival, that’s being adjusted (way to coach, Al!). We’ll be doing 11 miles (linked route plus the 4 mile loop) or 14 miles (linked route plus the 7 mile loop). There will be gatorade at Barton Hills/Wilke. Breakfast at Hoover’s (2002 Manor) at 9:35:35 am.
p.s. If you do not run the complete lollipop as mapped prior to running the 4 mile loop or 7 mile loop on the trail you will be short on distance by roughly 2 miles. That may hurt the brain of you professorial and slide-rulian types. Resist the urge to hang a left onto the Barton Springs footbridge before returning to the zero.
