The Workout – 10 x 400
News – there will be a hill workout on Thursday (7 mile tempo). There will be a long run departing the zero at 7:00:00 am Saturday morning. Off the trail this week for 11.65 miles or 21.59 miles. Breakfast at Cheko’s (1304 W Koenig) at the exact moment you arrive.
More News – the annual ship marathon party is a short three weeks from Friday on February 12th. Info and invite to follow. If you’re not on the email list and you’d like to go to the party now would be a good time to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and ask to be put on the runner’s email list.
