Being able to use the O. Henry track for our workouts, like we have for the last 14 + years, is a privilege. We’ve protected that privilege in a variety of ways over the years but mainly it’s been accomplished by being as invisible as possible. We stay away from the track when there are official O. Henry activities occurring, we’re diligent about litter, and we are friendly to other track users. Overly friendly. We don’t use lanes during the drills that others are using (usually 1 or 6). Most importantly, we never ask children not to ride their bike on the track. Ever. Our use of the track is never more important than anyone else’s use of the track.

News – there will be a long run departing the zero at 7:00:00 am on Saturday morning. On the trail this week for 4, 7, or 10 miles. Breakfast at Hoovers (2002 Manor Rd) at 8:57:57 am.
