News – there will be a long run departing the zero at 7:00:00 am Saturday morning. Off the trail this week for 10.09 miles or any fraction thereof by u-turning when you reach 50% of your desired mileage. The route has many turns but someone was nice enough to type a turn-by-turn in the comment section below the map. There will be water/gatorade at the following locations:
