The group had fun saying goodbye to Jennifer at last night’s track workout.  We revisited an old tradition by letting her give herself enough of a headstart to win an all out 400 while the rest of the group attempted to run her down.  Good times!

The Workout – timed mile, timed half mile, 3-person relays (frontwards and backwards), quarter mile

News – there will be a hill workout on Thursday (tempo runs of 3 miles or 4 miles).  There will be a long run departing the zero at 7:00:00 am Saturday morning.  On the trail this week for 4, 7, or 10 miles.  Breakfast at Hoover’s (2002 Manor Road) at 8:59:59 am.
