The Workout – 3 x (2 x 1200) or 9 x 800 (Yassos)
News – there will be a hill workout on Thursday (10 mile tempo, linked route twice). There will be a long run departing the zero at 7:00:00 am Saturday morning. On/off the trail this week for 13 miles or 15 miles. Everyone will start with this 6.17 miler and then do this 7.02 miler. At that point the 13 milers will be done and the 15 milers will do a 2 mile out/back on the trail. Breakfast at El Borrego De Oro (3900 S Congress) at 9:45:00 am.
