The Workout – tempo runs of 5 miles or 3 miles if you turned back at the cooler
News – there will be a long run departing the zero at 7:00:00 am on Saturday morning. Off the trail this week for 7.02 miles or 11 miles (7 milers run the linked route, 11 milers run the linked route but, upon returning to the zero, complete the 4 mile loop on the trail). Breakfast at Hoover’s (2002 Manor Rd) at 9:09:09 am.
