Huge thanks to Dr. J from Performance Wellness for his May visit.  I think it’s safe to say that everyone got their money’s worth.  Way to coach, Al!

The Workout – ladder
Fast Group = 400, 800, 1200, 1600
Fun Group = 400, 800, 1600
Both Groups = twice around the track going backwards on the straights and jogging the curves

News – there will be a hill workout on Thursday (tempo runs of 3 miles or 5 miles).  There will be a long run departing the zero at 7:00:00 am on Saturday morning.  Off the trail this week for 11.07 miles or closer to 7.5 miles if you turn back at the boat docks.  If you’re new, injured, tapering, or recovering…the 4 mile loop on the trail should suffice.

Breakfast at Julio’s Cafe (4230 Duval) at 9:02:02 am.  I’ve heard a rumor that Julio’s is cash only so you might want to be prepared for that.
