KEYS!!  We’ve now had incidents at both O. Henry and the zero where keys left unattended have been snatched with fairly negative consequences.  Mind your keys!


Tuesday, August 8, 2017:  The Tuesday track workout will serve as the kick off for the ARC Marathon/Half Marathon Training.  Don’t be afraid to be nice to the newcomers!  Please let Coach Al know if you can help spread the word at the rock/zero on Saturday and Sunday August 5th and 6th.

The Workout – Figure 8 plus a leg
Fun Group = 2
Fast Group = 3

News – there will be a long run departing the zero at 7:00:00 am on Saturday morning.  Off the trail this week for 11 miles (linked route plus the 4 mile loop counter clockwise in its entirety) or 7 miles (just the linked route).  Newcomers/beginners/injured reserve can do 5 miles by u-turning at the cooler at Barton Hills/Wilke.  Breakfast at Little Mexico (2304 S 1st) at 9:05:05 am.
