Don’t forget that “our” parking lot will be unavailable, again, on Saturday morning.  Feel free to enjoy food, wine, and parking at TxDOT (or one of the nearby parking lots).

Tuesday, May 1st, is the first Tuesday of May so we’ll be joined by Dr. J…from Performance Wellness.

Coach Al and I will both be out of pocket for the workouts on Tuesday, May 15th, and Thursday, May 17th.  Kate will be leading the group on those dates but we need someone to bring the water (somebody with a truck or SUV).  We can hook you up with everything else you’ll need (coolers, cups, ice).  Please let coach know if you can haul the water that Tuesday and/or Thursday!

The Workout – quality + 3 backwards (Possum Trot from 11th to Marlton)

News – there will be a long run departing the zero at 7:00:00 am on Saturday morning.  Mostly off the trail this week for 10.43 miles, 6 miles (turn right on Lamar and return to the zero), or 4 miles (turn back at Travis Heights/Mariposa).  Liquids placed as follows:

water @ Travis Heights/Mariposa
gatorade @ Oltorf/Lamar
water @ Barton Hills/Wilke
water @ the rock
