I can’t find anything on the calendar that would preclude us from parking in our parking lot on Saturday morning.
This is the last Tuesday of May so next Tuesday, June 5th, is the first Tuesday of June. Dr. J from Performance Wellness should be at the workout.
The Workout – 800s, 400s, 200s
Fun Group = 2 of each
Fast Group = 3 of each
News – there will be a hill workout on Thursday (tempo runs of 3 miles or 5 miles). There will be a long run departing the zero at 7:00:00 am Saturday morning. On the trail this week for 3, 6, or 10 miles (counter-clockwise). Breakfast at Fareground (2nd/Congress) at 9:00:01. There is very little or no FREE parking anywhere around Fareground, plan accordingly.
