Tuesday – timed mile, Indian file mile, and another mile followed by twice around the track running backwards on the straights whilst jogging the curves
Thursday – 4 mile tempo
Saturday – there will be a long run departing the zero at 7:00:00 am Saturday morning. Off the trail this week for 7.94 miles or 12.1 miles. Newcomers can take a swing at one of those routes or run 4 miles counter-clockwise on the trail. Breakfast at Little Mexico (2304 S 1st) at 9:15:15 am with FREE cake for October birthdays!
