Tuesday – ins/outs (sprinting the straights/jogging the curves)
Fun Group = 4, 3, 2, 1 laps (2.1 miles total)
Fast Group = 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 laps (3.1 miles total)
Thursday – Long Hill/Short Hill
First Timers = 3 x
Fun Group = 6 x
Fast Group = 9 x
Saturday – there will be a long run departing the zero at 7:00:00 am Saturday morning. Off the trail this week for 4, 6, or 10.09 miles. 4 milers u-turn at 6th/Patterson, 6 milers u-turn at Niles/Hartford. There will be water/Gatorade at the following spots:
Water at 6th/Patterson (4 milers turnaround)
Gatorade at Jefferson/35th
Water at the Rock
Breakfast at Little Mexico (2304 S 1st) at 9:01:01 am.
