Tuesday – ladder (200, 400, 800, 1600, 800, 400, 200)
Thursday – up and down from Joe’s Tree Stump to 11th (a set is 1 time up and 1 time down roughly a 1/4 mile)
Fun Group = 8 sets
Fast Group = 10 sets
Saturday – there will be a long run departing the zero at 7:00:00 am Saturday morning. On the trail this week for 3, 6, or 10 miles (counter-clockwise). Breakfast at Taco Joint (134 E Riverside) at 8:55:55 am.
