Dr. J from Performance Wellness will be at Tuesday’s workout providing FREE active release treatments.
Tuesday – practice timed mile, Indian file mile, 2 x 3-person relay
Thursday – quality hill workout via Ladera Norte from Chez Jerie with a cool down pool party directly after featuring burgers, non-burgers (veggie alternative), beer, and non-beer. Please let Big & Jerie know if you plan to attend!
Saturday – there will be a long run departing the zero at 7:00:00 am Saturday morning. Mostly off the trail this week for 10.99 miles, 8.01 miles, 6 miles (start on the 8.01 mile route and turn back at Winsted/Enfield), or the 4 mile loop on the trail. There will be fluids at the following locations:
Water @ the rock
Gatorade @ Margranita Crescent/Bland
Water @ 45th/Shoal Creek
Gatorade @ 29th/Rio Grande
Breakfast at Rudy’s (3914 N Lamar) at 9:11:11 am.
