Tuesday is the first Tuesday of freaking October already…which means Dr. J from Performance Wellness will be at the track workout sorting out those acclimation anomalies with FREE active release treatments!

Choice A = 2 x (6 x 400) w/a partner for the marathoners, 2 x (5 x 400) w/a partner for the half marathoners
Choice B = solo 1000s (marathoners = 5, half marathoners = 4)
Thursday – hilly figure 8 fartleks hammering the hill
Saturday – there will be a long run departing the zero at 7:00:00 am on Saturday morning. On the trail this week for 4, 8, or 10 miles. Breakfast at Taco Joint (134 E Riverside) at 8:47:17 am. Coach Al needs pace group leaders…let him know if you can lead!
