Tuesday – 6 x 800 at Yasso pace
Thursday – 5 mile tempo
Saturday – there will be a long run departing the zero at 7:00:00 am Saturday morning. Off the trail this week for 4 miles, 7.94 miles, or 13.32 miles. 4 milers turn back at the rock or continue around the trail and complete the 4 mile loop. Breakfast at Cheko’s (1304 W Koenig).

I am visiting from out of state visiting my son at UT and would like to run 13 miles on saturday with a group. Is it possible to join y’all on Saturday. I run about a 9:15-9:30 pace.
