Still strange writing 2020…
The Marathon Party invite will go out later this week. If you’re on the Ship email list (firstname.lastname@example.org) then you will most likely receive an invitation. If you don’t receive it please check your spam folder first then hit me up. The party typically “sells out” fairly quickly so please RSVP ASAP upon receipt. More info will be in the invite but the party is Friday, February 14th, at 7:00 pm. Coach Al and I will begin to collect Shipmate of the Year (SotY) nominations and, more importantly, contributions…NOW! More info on that shortly as well.
Tuesday – track workout
Marathoners = 4 x 200, 4 x 400, 2 x 800
Half Marathoners = 4 x 200, 4 x 400, 1 x 800
Everyone = twice around, backward on the straights, jog the curves
Thursday – hilly repeat of 1600, 1200, 800, 400
Saturday – there will be a loooooong run departing the zero at 7:00:00 am Saturday morning. Off the trail this week for 11.04 miles or 21.7 miles. There will be liquids as follows:
Water @ The Rock
Gatorade @ Enfield/Woodlawn
Water @ 45th/Guadalupe
Gatorade @ Dean Keeton/Red River
Water @ Goodwin/Tillery
Gatorade @ Waller/2nd
