The first month of 2020 is already behind us. That makes this the first week of February. Dr. J from Performance Wellness will be at Tuesday’s workout with the FREE active release treatments.
The marathon party is Friday, February 14th (Valentines Day), the invite has gone out, and it filled up in record time. If you did not RSVP or you RSVP’d “maybe”…don’t despair. We should be able to open up a few more spots once the weather forecast solidifies. In the meantime you can work on your sad stories and bribes…I’m a sucker for both!

Thursday – 4 mile tempo
Saturday – there will be a long run departing the zero at 7:00:00 am Saturday morning. Off/on the trail this week for 10.02 miles or 6.02 miles. Everyone starts with the 6.02 miler then the 10.02 milers add the 4 mile loop on the trail counterclockwise. There will be one cooler stop at Live Oak/S 1st (half way). Breakfast at Little Mexico (yes, twice in a row, yes, still at 2304 S 1st) at 9:01:01 am. Breakfast will include an excellent panel of folks representing various aspects of the Austin Marathon. William Dyson from High Five Events along with pacers Matt Fletcher and Robyn Dodge. Michelle Ryan will moderate.
