Save the date! The Austin Marathon/Half Marathon training is scheduled to kick off at the Tuesday workout on August 24th, 2021!! Not this Tuesday (today) but next Tuesday!!!
Shakedown X 2! This Thursday night after the workout at Meridian 98 from 7 – 9 AND throwing Baby A’s (Arboretum location) back into the mix this Saturday from 6:30 – 9:30!
Tuesday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside at 6:00 pm and warm up with drills and whatnot…we’ll have water/Gatorade. Then run a practice timed mile followed by an Indian file mile followed by an 800m. (Strava label = SPEED)
Thursday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside at 6:00 pm and warm up with drills and whatnot … we’ll have water/Gatorade. Then do a (fun group) 3 miles or a (fast group) 4 miles. (Strava label = TEMPO)
Saturday – there will be a long run departing from the zero at 7:00:00 am. OFF THE TRAIL this week for 4.39 miles, 10.01 miles, or 12.06 miles. Breakfast at Cheko’s (1304 S W Koenig) at 9:33 am. (Strava label = LONG)

Hi, sorry for maybe a dumb question, but how do I use a “Strava label”? I poked around my Strava app, but not finding anything that mentions “labels”.

Maya – just edit the title of your run and add either Speed, Tempo, or Long to the title. It makes it easier to find for the tabulator.
