Tuesday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside at 6:00 pm and warm up with drills and whatnot…we’ll have water/Gatorade. Then run Fartlek.
Thursday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside at 6:00 pm and warm up with drills and whatnot … we’ll have water/Gatorade. Then do a (marathoners) 4 x 1 mile hilly loop or (half marathoners) 3 x 1 mile hilly loop.
Saturday – there will be a long run departing from the zero at 7:00:00 am. OFF THE TRAIL this week for 14.26 miles or 8.04 miles or 4.21 miles. Breakfast at Taco Joint (134 E Riverside) at 9:31:32 AM.
