Item 1 – this Saturday is New Year’s Day so we will have our regular Saturday long run on Sunday morning (1/2) at 7:00:00 am.

Tuesday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then run Yasso 800s (marathoners x 9, half marathoners x 6). Cool down with an easy mile.
Thursday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then run 3 miles of hill repeats (4 x .77 miles).
SUNDAY – there will be a long run departing the zero at 7:00:00 am. On/off the trail this week for 20.07 miles (starting with his 10.00 miler and adding the 10.07 mile loop on the trail), 15.00 miles (starting with that same 10.00 miler and adding the 5 mile loop on the trail), or 10.00 miles, or 7.03 miles, or 4.61 miles. Breakfast at Taco Joint (134 E. Riverside) at the precise moment of your arrival.
