Item of note – it appears at the moment that we will not be able to have our traditional pre Austin Marathon party. We’re working on some alternatives…stay tuned!
Tuesday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then run 1600m repeats (marathoners x 4, half marathoners x 3). Cool down with an easy mile.
Thursday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then run a tempo run of 3 miles or 6 miles.
Saturday – there will be a long run departing the zero at 7:00:00 am. On/off the trail this week for 10.00 miles or 6.08 miles or 4 miles (head back at the first cooler). Breakfast at El Borrego de Oro (3900 S Congress) at 9:09:09 am.
