Tuesday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then run a 5k (race #3 of the Spring Sprint Series). Cool down with an easy mile.
Thursday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then run Big Finish 800s (Fun Group = 4, Fast Group = 6). Cool down with an easy mile.
Saturday – there will be a long run departing from the zero at 7:00:00 am. Mostly off the trail this week for 12.46 miles, 8.62 miles, or 4.11 miles. Breakfast at Little Mexico (2304 S 1st) at 9:25:25 am.
