Tuesday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then run a 5k (race #4 of the Spring Sprint Series).
Thursday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then run hilly mile repeats (Fun Group = 2, Fast Group = 3, Fools Group = 4…first this one, then this one, and if you choose to do 3 or 4 you choose which figure 8 you do).
Saturday – there will be a long run departing from the zero at 7:00:00 am. On the trail this week for 4, 7, or 10 miles. Breakfast at Rudy’s (3914 N Lamar) at 9:10:11 am.
