We will be celebrating the conclusion of the Spring Sprint Series of 5k races immediately following Tuesday’s workout. FREE pizza and soft drinks!!
Tuesday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then run a 5k (race #5 of the Spring Sprint Series).
Thursday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then run hilly quarter mile repeats (Fun Group = 4, Fast Group = 6, Fools Group = 8).
Saturday – there will be a long run departing from the zero at 7:00:00 am. Off the trail this week for 10.00 miles, 6.08 miles, or 4 miles (turn around at the first cooler). Breakfast at Taco Joint (134 E Riverside) at the precise moment of your arrival.
