Tuesday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do Race #4 of the Spring Sprint Series. Cool down with an easy mile.
Thursday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do hilly mile repeats. Fun group = 2, fast group = 3, fools group = 4. First mile route, second mile route…your choice of routes if you elect to do 3 or 4. Cool down with an easy mile.
Saturday – there will be a long run departing from the zero at 7:00:00 am Saturday morning. ON THE TRAIL THIS WEEK FOR 4, 7, OR 10 MILES. Breakfast at Cheko’s (1304 W Koenig) 9:10:11 am.
